There are multiple artists with the name Solaire:

1) Solaire, also known as Rotterdams Finest, is a postrock band which was founded in the summer of 2005. The bandmembers all live in or within in the vicinity of Dutch city Rotterdam. Three of them used to be a member of legendary Rotterdam band Marlon Brando, also dubbed the Keyser Soze of Rotterdam underground. However, with the demise of Marlon Brando, there is now plenty of time to take Solaire up to ever higher heights.

On October 7, 2006 their first album was released in front of a crowd of about twohundred Solaire-abiders. The album, titled ...And Then I Strapped Explosives To My Body, contains 7 tracks and was widely received with critical acclaim. Late last year, Solaire's future as a band was serious in doubt.
