Sound ॐ Love ❤ Alchemy☿ focuses on creating Healing and Meditation music for balancing the Chakras using the Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies. All pure tone frequencies playing throughout each song were recorded in studio directly from tuning forks. All sounds were played by hand on an electric piano retuned using a method where the high C is 528hz.

For best results using the tracks for meditative and chakra balancing purposes:

1 - Begin with the 1st Chakra and work up to the 7th Chakra, then back down to the 1st. (IE: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,6,5,4,3,2,1)

2 - Find a quiet, safe space. Turn off phones, lock doors and be undisturbed.

3 - Each track begins with it's associated tuning fork frequency, focus on it, gently and slowly breathe through each chakra.... As you listen... focus on each chakra area, the associated colour and reflect on the energy/purpose/direction of each chakra.

4 - Allow whatever comes up to flow freely. You are in a safe space to allow and be vulnerable. You may feel a glowing love, a little bit of ache or ecstacy as the chakra opens ... perhaps you will experience happiness, gratefulness, fear, anger, sadness, bliss, ecstatic vibrational rushes flow over you... tears and maybe sounds coming out of your mouth, muscle twitches, shivers and jerks... who knows? Whatever it is, it is as the Divine Intelligence in the reciprocal universe knows you need for balance and healing of the Chakra. The album creators do not propose to know such a thing for ourselves or for you. These important details and ultimate intention has been left up to our divine source, and and it is sugested you do the same... however, how you choose to experience these tracks ... and your life... is always up to you...
