Kurtizány z 25. avenue is a rock band from Czech Republic which was formed in 1989. Their first promo CD was released in 1993 and after that they released 5 more albums. In the beginning they were inspired with bands like Duran Duran. After the departure of keyboard player, Kurtizány became much harder and heavier and their sound remains up to now.
