The artist now known as Dahhm Life (formerly Dynamek) wrote his first song at age thirteen. He first wrote several violent songs which more than likely stemmed from traumatic experiences in life as well as growing up in some of the areas he lived in as a child. After the first time he heard "Midnight Marauders" by A Tribe Called Quest he was changed forever. He then came to the realization that he could take poems and implement them into the songs he wrote to provide a positive message. This was one of many introductions to the Hip Hop culture. He looked deeply into the history of Hip Hop (and you should too!) to find it's meanings and teachings. Through Hip Hop he considers his life changed. He now works dilligently to preserve the Hip Hop culture, performs countless shows, stays socially active, and shows no signs of slowing down. He creates lyrics and songs, produces beats, works with Wake Self as one half of The Model Citizens, and plays the drums for Zoology .....Who is Dahhm Life the Dynamo? The worst nightmare of those who can't believe in the emotions they feel. The lyrical embodiment of a soul uninturrupted by the plane of existence most wander through.
