A Song for You Lyrics

If ever there was a day
When there wasn't enough time
If I was too careless to say
You have been on my mind

I know I have passed up the chance before
But I wanna tell you now

I love I love you
I need I need you oh
No better time to say
I love I love you
I need I need you oh
This is a song for you

If ever there was a time
Oh when I pushed you aside
I'm glad you stayed through it all
And that you're in my life

There have been times when I didn't know how
But I wanna tell you now

I love I love you
I need I need you oh
No better time to say
I love I love you
I need I need you oh
This is a song for you

For the skies you made blue
For the smiles that light reflected through

If today was my very last day
And I lost my chance to say
In heaven there I would
Sing for you
Pray for you
Be and angel
Like you've been for me

I love I love you
I need I need you oh
No better time to say
I love I love you
I need I need you oh
This is a song for you

I love I love you
I need I need you oh
No better time to say
I love I love you
I need I need you oh
This is a song for you

I love I love you
I need I need you oh
No better time to say
I love I love you
I need I need you oh
This is a song for you

Rachael Maureen Lampa is an American contemporary Christian pop singer, born January 8, 1985 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

She's been singing since she was a toddler, and was able to sing perfect harmony by age four. Singing too loud at the dinner table got her sent to her room more than once. At the age of 14, Rachael was discovered at a music conference in Colorado by Word Records producers Brown Bannister and Brent Bourgeois. Her debut album, Live For You released a year later in 2000.

Rachel is looking to be married to an undisclosed admirer. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
