Growing up in the ATL Hip-Hop/R&B music scene, young Jai’Len Josey had her future sound etched at an early age. Heavily influenced with smooth Pop tones rooted in soulful R&B music…“Soul Pop.” The 23 year-old triple-threat(singer/songwriter/actress) unique vocal sound is breathtakingly refreshing. Her vocal abilities and tone clarity make it impossible to ignore her in any setting. Captivating live performances since 2015, Jai’Len has won fans from all over the world by bringing down the house on Broadway where she made her professional debut in “SpongeBob Squarepants the Musical”. In September 2019, she wrote and performed a soundtrack for Oil of Olay’s ALS campaign which collected more than 1.4 million views.


Jai’Len says that her musical goal is to bring real live orchestral music back to the forefront. You can clearly hear the live funky resonances in her first single, “Death of a Black Girl” and in her debut EP, “Illustrations. Since its release , Jai’Len has appeared on “The Terrell Show”, won BET’s first AmpliFIND competition, featured on The Chi’s visual album (Showtime), and most recently featured in Sephora’s Hall of Black Beauty campaign.
