Amazed by the evolving synthetic sounds in psytrance and with a hopeful desire to create some oddness of his own, the Skyhighatrist was born. Locked in a darkened room for way too long, he tinkered away on synths looking for mental sounds and twisted grooves. The end result, a still evolving “twisted psilocybic mindfunk”. An infectious trippy groove that makes you move your feet (and everything else…) Funky basslines, twisted acidic leads and luscious pads, to launch revellers in to the stratosphere and trip them out. Pure psychedelic madness. Strange noises, messed up samples and alien abduction. It’s all about the wobble and having fun!!

He has recently signed to Catawampus Records and will be releasing a split album with Galactic Monkey “Strangely Obtuse” very soon. He has previously had releases on Cosmogenesis Recordings, Cosmic Flower Records and Faxi Island. He is currently working on remixes for Error Corrective and Rev, material for a crazy soumi morning tripping in a field vibe album and a collaboration with Galactic Monkey called "Twisted Gargoyles".
