Versatile guitarist and composer Arli Liberman creates ambient music that celebrates the diverse spectrum of the world’s vibrant melodies, harmonies and rhythms. His eloquent original songs are inspired by rock, blues, jazz and funk styles and incorporate Middle Eastern guitar tones and unconventional instruments. He uses his passion for affecting real change through music, his infinite imagination and effortless instinct for his instrument to create electrifying, multi-genre-bending performances, expansive soundscapes and dynamic, layered recordings, all which convey his powerful memories and honor inventive players and pioneers such as Brian Eno, Jimmy Page, Prince, Miles Davis and Pink Floyd.

Liberman has always been inquisitive, energetic and fully fascinated by the creative process and by studying his environment through the Arts and media. He discovered the luscious possibilities of melody and harmony through childhood experimentation with synth sounds and eventually began to use the guitar as a way to channel the rich, endless notes flowing through him. Over the years, he has refined his skills and cultivating his artistic voice while uncovering fresh accents and textures on his instrument that help tell his personal story. His colorful personality, sense of humor and commitment to regularly reinventing the boundaries of the guitar have attracted the attention of world-class musicians and have given him the opportunity to participate in many revolutionary adventures. During the last decade, Liberman has also collaborated with many musicians on global stages and in the studio, as a guitarist producer, composer, arranger and editor for renowned artists and albums in a variety of countries. His experiences have helped him regularly bridge the gap between Eastern and Western music and culture and develop his incomparable voice as a guitarist and songwriter.

Liberman is establishing himself as a rock stalwart as he continues to build a talented backing band, collaborates with other talented musicians and prepares for upcoming tours of Europe and the U.S. His self-titled debut album – which features compelling original songs that highlight the individual flavors of some of his favorite world instruments – was released in November 2013.
