Influenced by indie rock, metal, punk and blues, Rising Conviction could find a home in the hard Rock or Metal genres. The truly diverse influences of the band are obvious in its’ sounds-combining the moody textures of the most unlikely of ingredients.

After paying their dues at a variety of small bars, with even smaller crowds, Rising Conviction began to make impressions and has been steadily climbing in the ranks of top-drawing Phoenix rock acts ever since. Rising Conviction is currently riding the momentum created by the July 2005 release of their first album, Salazar Brothers. Rising Conviction is currently working on a new album, Saving Sons. Release date is set to be September 29th, 2006.

Rising Conviction has been compared to artists such as Rollins Band, System of A Down, and Tool.
