Susanna Parigi (born in Florence in 1961; died 18 December 2023) was an Italian singer, songwriter, pianist and author.


Parig studied piano at Conservatorio Cherubiniin in Florence. She went on to study a range of singing styles - modern song in Rome, opera in Bologna and jazz in Milan with Tiziana Ghiglioni. At the Green Music School she studied harmonica and guitar.

Prepared incidental music for adaptations of Shakespeare in Milan (Much Ado About Nothing & Twelfth Night). She has played keyboards on tour with two big names of Italian pop: Riccardo Cocciante and Claudio Baglioni.

As a singer she performed as part of the group Estro Italiano.

Her first eponymous solo album was released in 1996, followed three years later with Scomposta.
Her latest album In Differenze was released to great acclaim in 2003.

In 2003, Parigi was a finalist at the Festival della Canzone d'Autore in Recanati.
