Bryce Arthur (full name Bryce C. Arthur Hogland) is an acoustic musician. His first album entitled "First", was recorded in his basement over a period of 2 weeks and was put on his website to download for free. The album includes 8 songs, all acoustic. The album created a small fan base over the internet, with favorites such as "Where the Wild Things Are", "I Can't Said the Ant", "Ode to a Spoon", and a cover of Daniel Johnston's "Devil Town". Bryce later released his second album "Next" on his website. This album was mostly acoustic, but unlike "First", also included piano, percussion, and vocal harmonies on select songs. The songs "My Confessions", "Half-Hearted Man", The Magnetic Fields cover of "Book of Love", and "Young Again" were the most popular songs from the album. "Young Again" was received positively by fans because of the incorporation of orchestral music. Bryce plans to produce more acoustic songs, but plans on making a full-band album for his next project.
