Marco Toro Y Su Ensamble is a project started by Marco Toro from Caracas Venezuela is a drummer, percussionist, composer and arranger. He plays drums since he was ninth when he got a drum set for his birthday.

In 1989 he formed the band Laberinto who played ‘Metalatino’ a mix of Metal and Latin percussion. In 1992 he moved to Amsterdam and from there he toured throughout Europe with his band. Marco went solo after seven albums with the Laberinto and so began a new project the Ensemble. This Marco Toro Y Su Ensamble returns back to the Salsa Brava and Afro-Venezuelan roots.
