Do Something Lyrics

Ay Ay Ay
Say This Real Right Here Ya Heard Me
Nigga Just Don't Never Stop Hating

(Chorus 2x)

Ay I Think Somebody Trynna To Do Me Something
Cuz I Can't Sleep
And I'm Nervous When I Eat
And I Ain't Even Got No Beef

But It Feel Like I Got Beef
Cuz I Ain't Sleep In A Week
And I Ain't takin a Step Outta Of My Door With Out That Heat
I Think Somebody Trynna Do Me Somethin

I Think Somebody Tryinna To Do Me Something
Cuz I Can't Sleep
My Mama Cooked A Meal For Me But I Can't Eat
It's Too Much Shit On My Mind I Can't Stop Thinking About Dying
So Whoever Cross That Line You Gon Get That 45
My Daddy Just Got Home
But They Just Came And Got My Nigga

Got Caught Up With Two Choppas And A Pistol
And I'm Begining To Hate These Rap Niggas Real Fast
Putting My Name Up On A Track
I'mma Come Where You At And Blast
Just The Other Day I Almost Had To Do A Nigga
He thought I Was Gon Fight Him
But I Was Gon shoot a Nigga
Now I Know That Sound F**ked Up But I Ain't Got No Time
Soon As You Whoop A Nigga He Just Gone Go Get His Iron
His Nine Or His Ruga
However He Wanna Do Ya
I Ain't Faking
I Ain't Talking
I Ain't Boxing
I'mma Shoot Ya
His Nine Or His Ruga
However He Wanna Do Ya
I Ain't Faking
I Ain't Talking
I Ain't Boxing
I'mma Shoot Ya

(Chorus 2x)

I Think Somebody Tyrnna Do Me Something
I See Him Looking
Come Play Me Like A Rookie Watch how Quick I Leave You Shooken
I Hop Out Of The Bushes With That Thang Like Suprise (suprise)
And If You Try To Run That Choppa (lalala) Knock Off Yo Thighs (lalalalalala)
Take Of At You Shoot Out Yo Tires
Me And My Clique Be Posted Up A
Go Back To Subject Like How These Haters Wish Me Death
I Peep The Way These Niggas Trynna Play Me To The Left
So I Keep The Yay Off In The Trunk I Heated When I Step
Cuz Beefin Ain't Beefin Till You Stop Somebody Breath
And If We Creeping I'm Creeping Busting Till It Ain't Nothing Left
And If We Creeping I'm Creeping Busting Till It Ain't Nothing Left
Like That

Do Somethin (what)

Chris Dooley Jr. (born February 27, 1988 in Shreveport, Louisiana), better known by the stage name Hurricane Chris, is an American rapper signed to a joint venture between Sony's J Records and Polo Grounds Music. After releasing the hit single A Bay Bay, which reached #7 on the Billboard 100, he released his debut studio album 51/50 Ratchet in October 2007. His second studio album, Unleashed, was released in 2009 and features the singles Halle Berry (She's Fine) and Headboard featuring Plies and Mario.

The eighteen year old Shreveport native is currently causing quite a commotion down South with his blazing hot Polo Grounds Music/J Records single, "A Bay Bay." According to Hurricane Chris, "A Bay Bay" has its genesis in the namesake of the Ratchet movement’s cornerstone DJ, Hollyhood Bay Bay, who spins at a club called KoKo Pellis. Whenever the DJ would come in the club the crowd would start chanting "hey Bay Bay, hey Bay Bay." After a while the crowd would do the chant whenever the club got ratchet regardless of who was on the wheels of steel. "That became so catchy that I changed it from somebody’s name to a slang ‘A Bay Bay’," says Hurricane Chris. "Now it’s a word, it means fa sho." If you haven't heard Hurricane Chris' "A Bay Bay" then you’re missing out on the hottest club single since Lil Jon's "Bia Bia" or E-40’s "Tell Me When To Go". The song is literally sweeping the nation like an uncontrollable firestorm, reeking havoc on dance floors from the H Town (Houston, Texas) to the ATL (Atlanta, Georgia) and everywhere in between. “Everybody likes ‘A Bay Bay’ because it’s different,” says Hurricane Chris. “It’s real catchy. And it’s something you can say. I bet that its gonna be a baby’s first word because it’s so catchy. It gets stuck in your head the first time you hear it. Everybody [can] relate to it, white folks, black folks, hustlers and thugs.” Produced by veteran North Louisiana producer Phunk Dawg, “A Bay Bay” contains an exotic drum track that is absolutely irresistible. Its swinging bass line explodes like a thunderclap, combining rhythmic strings and a slinky worm sound, which harks back to the golden days of old school Louisiana 70s funk. Mix this with Hurricane Chris’s silky flow, filled with his charming Louisiana drawl and the song’s catchy hook, and you now have the key elements for a smash hit. Look for “A Bay Bay” to be the number one song in ring tones, radio and video before the end of this summer. The untitled album, which will be executive produced by Michael “Mr. Collipark” Crooms will be released by Polo Grounds Music/J Records. Atlanta, Georgia-based producer Mr. Collipark was fascinated by the song and later helped Chris be signed to J Records in 2006, when his major-label debut 51/50 Ratchet was released in October.
