Born in 1970, Kub has an amazing talent for waiting. This Grenoble-based artist is as patient as he is discreet. It took him 10 years to finally deliver his first album. Combining a technical and an artistic education, he is an accomplished painter, graphist designer as well as a celebrated musician.

He started to get some public recognition in the beginning of the 90s as a DJ. Since then, F Solaro has been one of the leading figures in the most enigmatic and subversif musical events in southern France. From Grenoble to Montpellier, from Lyon to Marseille, he uses diverse nicknames to have the audience experience a kaleidoscopic range of different but always sharp atmospheres.

Kub does not let genre boundaries limit his experimentations. Flying between industrial and electro experimentations, from ambient to Drum and Bass, he is in charge of the musical landscape of varied happenings, whether they are openings, goth or free parties. A protean artist, he is constantly exploring new sounds and esthetical forms.The long maturing and preparation of the piece of work reflects a radical turning point in the author's intimate life: both a glance at the past and a violent projection toward the future, Entre Deux Mondes could only be accomplished during the 33rd year of its creator. Track after track, Kub sensitively manages to sculpt a genuine sound matter by perfectly balancing and intertwining complex samples and enthralling melodies, muffled power and breaking of organic rhythms.

The album speaks alternatively to the body and the soul, only to later bang them better together and thus throw the listener into a no-man's land betwwen dream and nightmare, in a choatic space of visions and sounds.
