Joerg Brunsendorf/ Generation Conflict

From a really young age he was taken by euphoric sounds of Electronica which led him to experiment with different sounds from a synthesiser. He studied graphic design in Berlin/ Germany but after moving to London in 2004 he wanted to dissect the fundamentals of Electronic music with experimenting with early versions of Cubase to produce my own sounds.

With the explosion of the eighties his influences like most were the virgin sounds of Depeche Mode, Human League, Yazoo, Kraftwerk, and Technotronic which still influence my work to a degree today.

His sounds are a fusion of many genres as he has been influenced by many great producers. In producing his first EP. He had fused minimal with the early sounds of the eighties to produce a more chilled, cinematic feel. A constant build up of intrinsic sounds capturing the explosive times we live in. His current project titled “Crash Test” is crafted pieces of metallic sounds intertwined with an organic warm bassline. A clashing if ideas with the notion of an “Unknown outcome!”

Generation Conflict is related to the different styles of music conflicts over the centuries. With new genres created to rebel against the norm enticing and manipulating peoples perceptions and making them feel apart of a warped utopian world where reality does not exist.

His evolution as Generation Conflict is to conflict with the set rules of structure and let his sounds and ideas clash and morph like a never ending movie of emotions, violence and the refusal to conform.
