Fall (feat. Fabolous) Lyrics

What you looking for
Feeling like you'll never find
You spend the money
But it never seems like you spend the time
Are you even sure
Could you make up your mind
Looking for all the answers
You should probably get in line

Not so fast, just slow down (just slow down)
Baby you should look around
Just get lost
Turn up the sound (turn up the sound)

Cuz we get so high that we just fall... fall...
Don't need sleep tonight to dream this up... up...
So come on, cuz you know
What you want, here we go
Cuz we get so high that we just fall... fall...

Come and find me now
Cuz I'm where you wanna be
Don't need no clocks to know that it's time for you to come rock with me
Open up your eyes
No telling what you'll see
Now it's time for you to stop... just breathe

Told ya not so fast, just slow down (just slow down)
Baby you should look around
Just get lost
Turn up the sound (turn up the sound)

Cuz we get so high that we just fall... fall...
Don't need sleep tonight to dream this up... up...
So come on, cuz you know
What you want, here we go
Cuz we get so high that we just fall... fall...

On the way we up we gon all fall
On the elevator don't your calls fall
Gotta bounce back, ya gotta brush it off
If you stay down, then it's y'all fault
I'ma ball hard till my ball falls
What I'm gonna say to my years are done
I know the top is where I'm going
Even though the bottom is where I'm from
Now, get so high, cheap seats
Pillows of OG, We fall in deep sleep
That double R like road runner
All you hear is that beep beep
I phone through like winter time and you fall in love

Cuz we get so high that we just fall... fall...
Don't need sleep tonight to dream this up... up...
So come on, cuz you know
What you want, here we go
Cuz we get so high that we just fall... fall...

Not so fast, just slow down...

Timeflies is a music duo consisting of Producer Rob Resnick (formerly DJ Rob Resnick) and vocalist Cal. Though they got their start in Boston, the guys are originally from New Jersey and New York, respectively. Using elements of pop, hip-hop, electro, dubstep, and rock, Timeflies aims to escape genre limitations. Their goal has always been to make music that people can connect with. The duo has been playing shows at colleges and bars across the country, gaining in popularity. They released their debut album, “The Scotch Tape”, in September 2011. It climbed to #8 overall on the iTunes charts. In the summer of 2012 they released a 6-track mixtape titled "Under The Influence". They reappeared on the iTunes charts at #1 overall with the release of a 6-track EP, "One Night", in November 2012.

Rob (aka Rez) composes and records using mainly Reason, Pro Tools, and Ableton. He had an early start in production after building a studio in his basement to record his highchool bands. Rob has studied classical and jazz piano, rock and jazz guitar, and jazz drums and has been in many bands (genres spanning ska, metal, pop punk, jazz, funk, and alternative), playing both guitar and drums. Rob spent a few years in college DJing at different Boston bars while double majoring in Music and Philosophy at Tufts University. Rob has many influences, but in regards to his Timeflies production, he cites Pretty Lights, Dr. Luke, Xaphoon Jones, and JR Rotem. Rob is a serious Green Lantern fan, and knows a good sandwich.

Cal is a singer/rapper and songwriter from the New York City area. He’s been singing and freestyling since he was young and remembers doing freestyles at the dinner table. He graduated Tufts University majoring in Music and Entrepreneurship. Upon joining the band The Ride in his sophomore year at Tufts, Cal fell in love with the performance side of music. This blues, funk, and hip- hop band was noted for their unique style, given their ability to transcend musical genres. Cal later teamed up with The Ride’s drummer, Rob, to form Timeflies. Cal’s musical influences include Robert Johnson, Janis Joplin, Muddy Waters, and his favorite, Big L. Cal’s biggest strength and weakness, is his love for scotch. Read more on Last.fm.
