Both Anne Soldaat and Yorick van Norden are Dutch singers, songwriters and guitarists in their own right (they're label mates at the mighty Excelsior Recordings), but they're also a duo. Every once in a while they tour pubs, clubs and theatres in The Netherlands with their 'Unsung Heroes' project, featuring precious songs by The Beach Boys, Tim Hardin, The La's, The Sound, Big Star, Biff Rose, Hank Williams and more.

Unsung Heroes is also the name of their first album as a duo: songs from their live-set, recorded in the studio. The album was released in the Spring of 2018.
