Paul van Gent, born on December 29 1987, is a music artist from Noordwijk, the Netherlands.

He plays the piano and bass pretty well and has recently acquired a new electric Fender. His main focus, however, has recently shifted from re-arranging classical songs to producing contemporary classics of his own. Many of his scores are designed as soundtracks for (non-existent) movies or video-games. Furthermore he has also re-arranged an old mario song, just because he can.

His studio is currently under construction, so we can expect new material (and more frequently) soon.

Van Gent, or Von Gentmeizter as he likes to be called in private, was planning to attend the Amsterdam conservatory to pursue a musical career, but decided not to if favour of studying Psychology in Leiden (the Netherlands). Because basically, it's easier to get chicks as a psychologist than an artist.
