High All the Time Lyrics

I don't need Dom Perignon
I don't need Cris
Tangueray and Alize
I don't need shit

Nigga i'm high all the time
I smoke that good shit

I stay high all the time

Man i'm on some hood shit
Give me some dro purple haze
and some chocolate

Give me a dutch and a lighter
I'll spark shit
And stay high all the time
I smoke that good shit

I'm high all the time
Man i'm on some hood shit
Every time I ROLL up
Niggas holla ROLL up
And I tell'em HOLD up
You ain't gettin money
You ain't smokin in my Benzo
20 inch Lorenzo
Smokin on indo

High as a motherfucker
I be on them backstreets
Niggas know I clap heat

Only if you got beef
Man you gotta holla at me
Niggas get locked up
Stabbed up

Shot up
Every time I pop up
A lot going on in my hood

I shoot the dice

I holer get'em girls
Daddy need new shoes
Daddy need Perelli's to look mean on 22's
Stash box, Xbox, laptop, fax machine, phone
Bulletproof this bitch and i'm gone
2003 Suburban swerving

too many sips of Henny
The D's sick
They searched the wip
they can't find the semis
They was just harassing me

cause they knew who I was

Spent the night at Central Booking
for smoking some bud
I don't need Dom Perignon
I don't need Cris

Tangueray and Alize
I don't need shit
Nigga i'm high all the time
I smoke that good shit

I stay high all the time

Man i'm on some hood shit
Give me some dro purple haze
and some chocolate
Give me a dutch and a lighter
I'll spark shit
And stay high all the time

I smoke that good shit
I'm high all the time
Man i'm on some hood shit
Now if you heard I done started some shit
It ain't cause I be high
And if you heard I done let off a clip
It ain't cause I be high
But i twist that

la la la la
I get high as I wanna nigga
Go against me

for sho'
You is a goner nigga
I don't smoke to calm my nerves
But I got beef

Finna crush my enemies
like I crrush the hashish
If you love me

tell me you love me
Don't stare at me man
I hate to be in the Benz

clappin one of my fans
Let me show you how to greet me
when you meet me
when you see me
If you real my nigga
You know how to holla
G-UNIT
there is no competition

there's just me
50 cent motherfucker
i'm hot on these streets
If David could go against Goliath with a stone
I can go at Nas and Jigga
both for the throne
I don't need Dom Perignon
I don't need Cris
Tangueray and Alize
I don't need shit
Nigga i'm high all the time
I smoke that good shit
I stay high all the time
Man i'm on some hood shit
Give me some dro purple haze
and some chocolate
Give me a dutch and a lighter
I'll spark shit
And stay high all the time
I smoke that good shit
I'm high all the time
Man i'm on some hood shit
Now who you know besides me
who write lines and squeeze nines
And have hoes in the hood
sniffin on white lines
You don't want me to be your kid's role model
I'll teach them how to buck them 3 80's
and load them hollows
Have shorty fresh of the stoop

ready to shoot
Big blunt in his mouth
deuce deuce in his boots
Sit in the crib
sippin Guiness
wtchin Menace then oh lord
Have a young nigga buckin shit like he O-dog
My team they depend on me when it's crunch time

Eat a nigga food in broad day like it's lunchtime
You feeling brave nigga go ahead
get gully
See if I won't leave your brain leaking up out your skully
I done made myself hot
so ain't shit you can tell me
Niggas calling me to feature
Man fuck your money
I ain't hurtin
I'm all right
Nigga i'm doing good
I aint got the right rimes
I got bricks in the hood
I don't need Dom Perignon
I don't need Cris
Tangueray and Alize
I don't need shit
Nigga i'm high all the time
I smoke that good shit
I stay high all the time
Man i'm on some hood shit
Give me some dro purple haze
and some chocolate
Give me a dutch and a lighter
I'll spark shit
And stay high all the time
I smoke that good shit
I'm high all the time
Man i'm on some hood shit
G-Unit! Are you ready?
G-Unit! Are you ready?
G-Unit! Are you ready?
Nigga ready or not
Here I come (come, come)

Curtis James Jackson III (born July 6, 1975 in South Jamaica, Queens, New York), better known by his stage name 50 Cent, is a Grammy award nominated rapper, actor, singer, entrepreneur, author and founder of the hip hop group and label G-Unit.

After leaving drug dealing to pursue a rap career, he released his debut album Guess Who's Back Again in 2002. He was discovered by Eminem and Dr. Dre and then signed to Interscope Records. He has since released Get Rich or Die Tryin' (2003), The Massacre (2006), Curtis (2007) and Before I Self Destruct (2009).

50 Cent has engaged in feuds with other rappers including Jay-Z, Ja Rule, The Game, Cam'ron, Fat Joe, and Rick Ross. He has also pursued an acting career, appearing in the semi-autobiographical film Get Rich or Die Tryin' in 2005, the Iraq War film Home of the Brave in 2006, and Righteous Kill in 2008. 50 Cent is one of the richest hip-hop performers, having a net worth estimated at US $440 million in 2008.

Before 50 Cent ever inked a major deal, he built up a substantial fan base in New York through underground mixtapes. 50 Cent met up with Jam Master Jay of Run-DMC and was signed to his label to write all of Jay’s music. After he’d left JMJ, he signed to Columbia Records in 1996. On this label, he released Power of the Dollar, and the singles How to Rob and Ghetto Qua Ran. Columbia Records released him from the label after being shot on May 24th, 2000.

Around this time, Eminem had heard one of 50 Cent’s demo tapes and expressed a huge interest in him on MTV, as did Dr. Dre. Shortly after this, 50 Cent officially signed to Interscope Records. He was the first rapper to sign to the joint label owned by Dr. Dre and [artistEminem[/artist]. The first song he released on this record was entitled Wanksta and was featured on the 8 Mile soundtrack.

In its first week of release, his debut ”Get Rich Or Die Tryin’” sold 872,000 units - easily reaching Gold status. Within the second week it went Platinum (1 mil) and on April 12th, 2004 the RIAA certified it six times Platinum.

In 2005 he followed the success of his album Get Rich or Die Tryin’ with a new release - The Massacre (originally called St. Valentines Day Massacre until the release date was pushed back). The first single released off this, Disco Inferno, was a huge hit - he followed this hit up by the release of Candy Shop and then again with Just a Lil Bit.

In 2003 Interscope Records allowed 50 Cent to have his own label - G-Unit Records. He first signed Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and Young Buck as the established members of G-Unit Records. In 2004, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent had signed The Game under a joint venture.
