Tim Maggart is an award winning Singer Songwriter who loves to tell a good story through his music. Recently, the North American Country Music Association voted Tim’s current cd Things I Never Said as Country Album of the Year. His song Freedom Train reached as high as #9 on Powersource Magazine’s Inspirational Country Music Chart in 2011 and his 2nd single ‘Lotta Love reached #39 on the same chart. Tim has been honored to join multi-hit and Grammy award-wining songwriter Joe Beck and hit songwriter Bill Shore in writing the theme song for the non-profit organization House of Heroes. The mission of House of Heroes is to say thank you to elderly military and public service veterans and their spouses/widows by organizing volunteers to assist them with doing minor home repairs. Having honorably served in the US Army as an Enlisted soldier and an Army Officer, Tim has a special appreciation for those veterans who have given the best they had for the USA to be what he views as the best nation on the planet. Tim has recently been the producer of a show where he joins other artists in a "Celebration of Heroes". They recently performed the show at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar in Mesa AZ and he is looking forward to performing more of thes events in 2013! Read more on Last.fm.
