Melbourne singer songwriter Rich Webb has been spending most of his time Europe as of late - five tours in five years and growing interest in Germany and the UK in particular.

The title track from his last album Beautiful World was used by the German anti nuclear organisation.

The Rich Webb Trio released a six track live EP in June 2012 called Armchair Sessions, bringing in the Americana influences in a three piece format that has seen them light up audiences across Europe.

There's a new album in the offing and a major tour planned. Things are about to get a little more frenetic.

Some Overboard reviews:

*Howlingly good, dark-hued Aussie popmeister." - London Evening Standard

*It's a gem of a record. Don't Feel So Sad is a hit in the making with a chorus to die for - DB Magazine

*Classy package from olde M-Town."
Rolling Stone

*Move on Over and Burn in Hell demonstrate Rich Webb's commanding presence... his husky dry voice resonating amongst a sea of howling guitars and solid bass lines."
Rough Trade

*If you're into darker alternative rock that has a depth and sophistication to it, look no further."
Australian Music Community

*A mix of thumping alterno rock and tender urban balladry"
Time Out, London

*A brooding train ride which rolls with glowing guitar, riveting rhythms and lingering bass. Webb teases the subconscious with a sneaking sinister style"
Forte

*He's been compared to Cave and Dylan but Webb's got his own line in dark pop"
Music Australia Guide

"Like a Tarantino film soundtrack!"
