Harloe is the name of at least two artists:

1. Harloe was a post-hardcore band from Jacksonville Beach, Florida, United States.

From their Myspace: Harloe was making their mark on anybody and everybody who came into contact with them. Harloe began in early 2005 as a group of young musicians working to make their mark in the blossoming hardcore music scene. The band played their first show in a friend's house on New Year's Eve of that year. Since then their attitudes and approach towards writing and playing music has evolved. The band now incorporates a melodic combination of post-hardcore with hook inspired choruses.

Harloe has played over fifty shows both in and out of their hometown. This young band has achieved more than most bands have in the short time they've played together. Harloe has created an enormous following in and around their hometown and has expanded their fan base by touring throughout the southeast. The band loved to perform live and fans and newcomers are always floored by the band's illimitable energy. Harloe has shared the stage with big-time acts such as Angels and Airwaves, He is Legend, Fall of Troy, Hatebreed, Evergreen Terrace, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, and Eighteen Visions. In addition to touring and endless hours spent promoting their shows the band found the time to write and record a full length album at Earthsound Recordings in Valdosta, GA (From First to Last, Evergreen Terrace, Mayday Parade) titled "Interest is the Death of Attraction", Featuring their fervent brand of rock anthems as well as an acoustic hook like nobody's business. Their album was released in February 2007 and has hit hard locally and regionally, and in the near future, nationally. Harloe does not plan on stopping anytime soon and all music lovers alike will soon come to realize and appreciate this.

2. Jessica Ashley Karpov (born 1992 in Queens, NY), known by her stage name, Harloe, is a Los Angeles-based r&b/pop/soul singer-songwriter. Harloe began her musical career in 2009, performing under her given name, Jessica Ashley, releasing the EP, Prelude. In 2016 she adopted Harloe as her performing name and released her first single, All in My Feelings, featuring Dreezy.

In 2019, she helped write and was featured on the Robin Schulz single "All This Love". In the same year, she began releasing music via Jay-Z's record label, Roc Nation. On October 1st, 2019, Harloe released the single and music video for Rivers Run Dry. On March 13, 2020, she released her debut EP as HARLOE, also titled Rivers Run Dry.
