Cucumba Poo was founded in 2003 with the aim of a one-time project, ‘cause an contest organizer lost some bands. Along the unimagined way, this was a very successful event, Cucumba Poo playing, withal their specific name, across all preliminary rounds to the finale to finish third at a late hour in front of a thin out public. Not later than yet it’s quite obvious that Cucumba Poo endure. Soon follows the hardcore loaded album „Bitterfly“ in 2004. For personal reasons the second guitarist left the band, so that the second album “the dog Tobi Trophobie and his human father Klaus” was written in a threesome. Cucumba Poo searching their musical trails through a cranky lovely and brutal world. The song “insect combat” attained both on the TITUS TUNES 3 „Best of Rookies 2005“ Sampler and on the SUMO SAMPLER 2006 „Volume 2“. Cucumba Poo strike new paths to form a charged with emotions and bizarre music, since the inflow of a new second guitarist.
