Vinyl Suicide is a five-piece band based in Athens, Greece, formed in the Spring of 2009.

SUICIDE POP
The ‘Vinyl’ sound is the outcome of a constant musical and lyrical experimentation. The band mixed various influences to shape a sound that they sarcastically like to call “suicide pop”.
Vinyl Suicide mix rock, pop, experimental, and post sounds and voices creating “music and words that compile the soundtrack of the reality [they] prefer to live in”.

Since 2010 the band has gigged at most live music venues in Athens including the AN club, ΤΩΡΑ K44, Gyalino Mousiko Theatro, Six D.O.G.S. (supporting the Playground Noise), KYTTARO (at 1st eXclusive Underground Music Festival), Belafonte Bar, City Cocktail Bar, Void Bar, Nueva Trova and TIKI ATHENS.

RECORDINGS
In 2010 Vinyl Suicide recorded a demo EP. This included 6 original tracks and it was distributed at their early gigs.
