Jack Blue Lyrics

Sheriff come in the pool hall
With that look on his face
Have you seen Jack Blue around this place
He's a bad one him always breakin the law
If you see Jack Blue better give me a call
Jacks shooting pool on a Friday night
Couple out of town boys lookin for a fight
It was 2 on 1 but Jack evened the score
Paramedics packed one of em out the door
CHORUS
Well you dont go lookin for trouble
Aint that what the old folks say
Dont go lookin, dont go lookin for trouble
Itll find you. anyway
57 stitches in that boys hide
Doc shook his head said your lucky your alive
Dont go lookin for Jack Blue
Heres some thread and a needle in case you do
CHORUS
Well you dont go lookin for trouble
Aint that what the old folks say
Dont go lookin, dont go lookin for trouble
Itll find you. anyway
Jack works in his yard and he drinks ice tea
He aint had a fight since 93
Dont go to bar rooms or billiard halls
Tries to teach his boys to respect the law
CHORUS
Say you dont go lookin for trouble
Aint that what the old folks say
Dont go lookin, dont go lookin for trouble
Itll find you. anyway
Itll find you anyway
Itll find you anyway

Chris Knight (born on June 24, 1960, in Slaughters, Kentucky) is an American country music singer and songwriter. Having written songs for Confederate Railroad, John Anderson, and Randy Travis among others, Knight[ is perhaps best-known for writing the hit Montgomery Gentry song "She Couldn't Change Me". After six years of working on his songs he came to Nashville and won a spot on a songwriters' night at the Bluebird Cafe. He snatched the interest of Frank Liddell, who signed him to a publishing deal with Bluewater Music. He then went back home and kept writing, and when Decca Records hired Liddell for an A&R position, Knight got a record deal and Decca released his self-titled debut in 1998. Knight still lived in a trailer house on 90 acres in Slaughters when the album was released. He has since become a popular name in the Americana music genre.
