Trophy Hunt is a four-piece band in transit. Origins in 2018 skramz begat a mercurial flight through black metal, grind, and shoegaze. Their musical wanderlust parallels their geography: beginning in Brooklyn and expanding out to include Providence and greater New England. As their sound continually morphs their ethos remains grounded in DIY punk.

The Branches On Either Side (2022) is a ferocious full-length herald of their arrival, after Silent Intercom (2020) and the single release of Katabasis (2021). Self-described as "ecstatic grind", Trophy Hunt's lyrical content and album art suggest powerful internal mythologies and folkloric devotion. Imagine: a transubstantiation of a screamo album into a queer reliquary.
