Knocking at Your Door Lyrics

I used to think
I lived to be in love
But what I had to give
Was not enough

Now you look into the mirror
And you'll see
The reflection of just how
Our love used to be

And love we had it all
We wanted even more
We've learned more
We don't have to look for love
It's knockin' at our door

I said let's take it slow
But you didn't care
What was to be our future
Is now our past
And I am the best that you will find
We we're both the best we left behind

And love we had it all
We wanted even more
We've learned more
And I know we'd trade it all
To be in love once more
Like before

We didn't have to look for love
The search is over
It's closer than before
We don't have to look for love
It's knockin' at our door
