When, in early 2008, top Amsterdam jazz club "Cafe Alto" asked percussionists Daniel Patriasz and Miguel Padron to host a weekly Salsa & Latin night, they founded the hugely successful sextet "Conjunto Amsterdam". The band instantly became a popular Tuesday night feature at the club, situated in the centre of the city. Its residency there continues every week; and it has extended its audience to include some of the big summer jazz festivals in the country. It has even been heard by listeners of the BBC Radio Kent jazz hour recently.

"Conjunto Amsterdam" are available for Jazz Festivals, Salsa dance parties, weddings, birthday (or any other) parties. This highly energetic and entertaining band can be guaranteed to get party goers to dance, sing and generally have a greatly fun time!

The six members of "Conjunto Amsterdam", bring their wide international experience, in this Salsa Dura & Latin Jazz genre, to each show.
