James Kracht is an author and musician who began his career in 1999 using drum machines (e.g. Roland MC-909), but switched over to strictly desktop applications. To this date, he has released over 20 albums and is still continuing both careers as well as expanding others.

There are many influences in his music, such as, "Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, and Brian Eno on the electronic side, and Scorn, Skinny Puppy and possibly even Wire". Most of James' music covers a wide variety of relaxing ambient to uplifting, engaging, even frightening beats.
