Victor Wong Pin Kuan is a Malaysian Chinese singer who has made his name in the Taiwan music scene. He was born on February 26, 1972.

He formed a duo group with Michael Wong named Michael & Victor (无印良品 wu yin liang pin) in 1995 when they first started out as singers under Rock Records.
