Love You More Lyrics

I find you never seem to notice...
But did we miscommunicate?
Oh, and all the things they showed us
They knocked you out but on your face
See how the others do it
They're intertwined
But they're still free
Oh, but you don't wanna hear it
What's it to do with you and me?

How can I love you more?
Tell me, how can I love you more?
How can I love you more?
Tell me, how can I love you more?
I won't only be your baby
How can I love you more?

What now?
Are we moving faster?
Well, do we need to slow this down?
Your mind is what you wanna master
And then you think to come around
But what about me?
Well, tell me, what can I love most?
Sometimes it feels like I'm losing
Step off the heart that's on the floor

How can I love you more?
Tell me, how can I love you more?
I won't only be your baby
How can I love you more?
How can I love you more?
Tell me, how can I love you more?
How can I love you more?
Tell me, how can I love you more?
I won't only be your baby
How can I love you more?

The Pierces, sisters Allison Pierce and Cat Pierce, are a pair of singer-songwriters based in New York City (by way of Birmingham, Alabama and Nashville).

Former ballerinas turned songstresses, they released their self-titled debut in 2000 with Epic. The album was met with lukewarm reception, but the girls were undeterred. After moving to New York, they released Light Of The Moon with Universal in 2005, with similar luck. After leaving the label and their manager to make some serious changes, they recorded their third album with producer Roger Greenawalt and after having opened a week's worth of shows for Albert Hammond Jr. [Catherine Pierce's fiancee] in November 2006, the girls were greeted with much more enthusiastic reception and excellent press.

Thirteen Tales of Love and Revenge was released in April 2007.

The Pierces recently gained even more press when they were featured on the December 5th episode of the hit TV show, "Gossip Girl".

However, despite Catherine's high-profile celebrity romance with the Strokes guitarist, Albert Hammond Jr., the increased publicity didn't translate into sales.

According to the You'll Be Mine Songfacts, the siblings were on the verge of calling it a day when a friend of theirs, Coldplay bassist Guy Berryman, offered to produce them. The result was The Pierces fourth album, You & I, their first release after signing to Polydor. Read more on Last.fm.
