Laurion is the new project of Dover NH's Matt Laurion that he began in 2011. Prior to Laurion, he wrote and performed under the name Rickety Rick. From 2007 to 2009 was also a member of New Hampshire electro-pop band Felix and Volcano! with high school friends Sam Ueda and Sydney Bilodeau.
Laurion's sound is very reminiscent of The Tallest Man on Earth, though his earlier work is a bit lighter and more ukulele focused.
