Holy Covenant is a husband and wife duo that loves God and each other. They are from Pensacola, FL and have been married eleven years. They are both Pastors’ Kids (PK’s) and received their musical abilities in church. Initially, Steel, aka Prophet, began rapping solo while producing for several local secular groups. In 2001, he released his first solo project, Soldier Call. It wasn’t until 2004 when he incorporated Lady of Praize and together they became Holy Covenant.

Their upbringing in church was the only thing these two shared in common. Lady of Praize was more “straight-laced”; always following the rules. Steel, on the other hand, experimented with street life and eventually joined a street gang. After several years of this lifestyle, he pulled himself away from it and back to Christ.

Today HC has had the opportunity to open the stage for such artists as Keith Staten and Canton Jones. They have just recorded their first video for the highly requested street anthem; Make it Bang, from the recently released project, Servin Bread. Holy Covenant is always ready to minister the Gospel whether it’s on stage or in the neighborhood outreach.
