Mad Medicine (stylised as MAD MEDiCiNE) was a five-member idol group from Japan, formed April 17th, 2022.

The group went through a full lineup change on January 7th, 2025, and rebranded to the name Madmed (stylised as MADMED) rather than keeping the Mad Medicine name with the new system. As a result of the name difference, Madmed’s music is on a separate Lastfm profile and you can find information about the new system elsewhere.

The group’s slogan is “Be madly independent” (狂おしいほど、依存して).
