The year 2004 saw the launch of the social networking site Facebook, the exposure of Janet Jackson’s breast during the Super Bowl half time show, the re-election of president George W. Bush and Britney Spears getting married - twice. But there was something that happened of which no-one ever wrote or spoke about. That year also saw the untimely death of Heavy Metal’s most loved subgenre - Power Metal. After 2004 the melodies which once filled every metal-loving warrior’s heart have never been the same. Something was gone forever, the battle was lost. Or was it?

Now ten long years later a group of feisty warriors has emerged from the wintry forests of Southern Finland. Through the flames of hell and the frozen shadow of time, riding on the back of a fierce dragon they came to meet their mission - to resurrect the spirit of Power Metal, to remind us of the magical force behind the chords and melodies which once made the world a better place to live, to bring back the days of glory.
