Ivy-League Zombie which consists of Tut-Piece best known for "Gold Jury" and Roku known for his last year release "Oyasumi" and "Music For Misfits together in a production group now going by the acronym "ILZ" (we'll see how long that sticks with the people lol). Originally from New York we've decided to use the various sounds from our past tapes and our influences within the instrumental world and mesh them into a ten track beat tape without people knowing who produced what which in a way gives listeners a taste of what to expect in terms of a collective sound you'll hear from a ILZ tape rather our solo projects. Tut-Piece who has been making beats for about 3 years has a strong affinity for smooth jazz music with one of his favorite artists being Najee whilst newly signed "Bliss Eternal" Label artist Roku who has been producing for roughly 2 years has never been a general fan of the hip-hop genre in itself finds himself more drawn to the electronic/abstract side of music which explains his growing admiration for artists such as Madlib, Flying Lotus, and MF Doom. Both producers and childhood friends aren't really concern with a certain type or vibe of music but overall creating something listeners of all backgrounds and musical tastes can enjoy as a whole.
