This is Ginger, of The Wildhearts fame.

Ginger was born as David Walls in South Shields, Tyne and Wear on December 17th, 1964. Though known best as lead singer of the Wildhearts, he has had a wide and varied career in the past two decades with bands including Silver Ginger 5, Super$hit 666, Clam Abuse, and worked with Hanoi Rocks singer Michael Monroe on the album Sensory Overdrive.

Ginger currently records and plays as Ginger Wildheart, and his latest album, 100%, followed on the back of the most successful PledgeMusic campaign in the history of the site, raising nearly £250,000 before a single note had even been recorded.
