Is the side project of a Japanese popular rock-band THE ALFEE where they sung under the aliases T.Takamizawa - Paul MacArthur, K. Sakazaki - John Nolen, M.Sakurai - George Harrisen. The band was first created in 1981 as BEAT BOYS, and restarted as BE∀T BOYS in 1988 and released 2 albums, 5 singles and a concert DVD since the beginning. Although the last song by the Beat Boys was released in 1997, The Alfee used to sing their songs at their own concerts a couple of times since then.
They actually have a full well-thought-out biography telling us that behind the Beat Boys band aren't the Alfee members, but unknown to anyone Terry Cycler (M.Sakurai) from the US, Chong Ko Pao (K.Sakazaki) from China and Fudor Hischithausen (T.Takamizawa) - immigrant from Germany to Russia.
