Shiina Mota, also known as Powapowa-P (ぽわぽわP), or siinamota (椎名もた), real name Mizoguchi Ryou (溝口遼), was a composer at the Japanese music label GINGA. He was born on March 9, 1995 in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. He also used the aliases: Pico:, highcolor_sunz, and Nioudachi among possible others.
Powapowa-P rose to fame while writing songs utilizing VOCALOID software, primarily Hatsune Miku and Kagamine Rin.
