Skiantos is a popular band from Bologna, Italy, formed in 1975, and creator of the Italian Demential Rock (Elio e le Storie Tese, Squallor, Gem Boy, etc).
Their approach with the audience is very funny and crazy: all it's explained with the classic phrase contained in the song Largo all'avanguardia:
"Siete un Pubblico di Merda, Applaudite per Inerzia".
The frontman of the band is Roberto "Freak" Antoni and the storic guitarist is Fabio "Dandy Bestia" Testoni.

The intelligence in this band is well hidden in the easy way they write the lyrics, like a critic of the pop italian music (all love and kisses).
