it could be fatal, if i let niggas get next to me

I use to do it too but i had to let it go
I can't get loaded I'm lil woodie that suply tha coke
my shit'll have you were you dont even much wanna eat
have you a lack of sleep always out up in them streets
been in rehab for weeks come home and get a bag from me
you gon' relaspe indeed, probably won't ever leave
don't wan't no problems, I just wanna get this cheddar please
I can't get popped, I've been convicted for two felonies
look i'm just trying to put some clothes on my daughter
I hope they aint ridin I need to sell this other quarter

[Chorous: (Juvenile)]
if you score some coke from me, you will be
numb numb numb numb
numb numb numb numb
numb numb numb numb
if you don't get it from me, you will be
dumb dumb dumb dumb

They don't work off the hit cause we don't fuck with the foes
they be sellin them soft we had enough of them sold
and we work off the hit cause we don't fuck with the foes
we don't be sellin them soft we had enough of them sold

[Verse 2: (Juvenile)]
yo we did'nt bring it in this shit is shipped to me

not trying to make it public don't wanna be tha subject
mamma told me don't spend no money, boy stay in your budget
i seen a lot a fools goin buyin alot of shoes
they children not in school they got a lot to prove
i puts my money back up in to my flip
some to tha side in case dem people run up in shit
chopper up all a tha time with two tapped up clips
and if come fuckin with mine i'm a use this bitch
they, want me for distribution from New Orleans to Houston
someone been runnin them mouth, telling em how much i'm movin
i'm just trying to put some clothes on my daughter
i hope they aint rotten
I hope they aint ridin I need to sell this other quarter

[Chorus]

[Verse 3: (Juvenile)]
i got my first work when i was sixteen
and niggas still not knowing what happen to brick leans
its not a easy task might have to beef tha last
you don't get caugth up out here trying to save ya people ass
can't have em bring it first if you can't pay em what its worth
you could get murder for that he just may let it burst'
smart high how i walk that earth it may be enemy turf
pray i don't get it they way just let em do they dirt

New Orleans-based rapper Juvenile was born Terius Gray. After beginning his performing career while in his teens, he released a 1995 album on Warlock titled Being Myself. He eventually crossed paths with Cash Money label owners Ronald "Suga Slim" and Brian "Baby" Williams, who issued 1996's Solja Rags; the album became a major underground hit, and set the stage for the release of 1998's 400 Degreez. In 1999, with Juvenile's popularity growing, Solja Rags was reissued nationally, and Warlock jumped on the bandwagon with a remixed version of Being Myself. The year ended with the release of a new studio effort, Tha G-Code, followed by Project English two years later in 2001. In 2002 he left Cash Money and formed his own collective, the UTP Playas (Uptown Project Playas), with whom he recorded a posse album, The Compilation. The album went nowhere and a year later he was back on Cash Money and releasing Juve the Great which featured the chart-topping hit "Slow Motion". The 2005 single from the UTP Playas "Noila Clap" was another big track and Juvenile was ready once again to shopping for a new label. As he was signing a new contract with Asylum his Slidell, Louisiana home was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. The hurricane and its grim aftermath were hot topics on his 2006 album Reality Check.
