Joel Rafael plays alot in the key of F which stands for Folk music. He is a big proponet of Woody Guthries work. I saw him at the Millpond Festival in Bishop, Ca. He took the stage with about fifteen children and sang "this land is your land" Truly a great Millpond moment. He works solo and also has a band but still performs acoustically.
