A couple hours away from Chicago you will find one of Americas finest post-dream pop bands; They are Milwaukee's brilliant band Brief Candles. Comprised of Jen and Kevin Dixon (Guitars/Vox), Drew Calvetti (bass), and Radish Beat (drums); they are known for making loud blissrock with slowly unfolding compositions. 2013 sees the release of the EP "Newhouse" named as a memorial to a friend that passed away.
