Vivianite is a progressive metal band from Brooklyn, New York.
Formerly known as ANLMA, the band released a debut "Pilot", split "Ambivalence", and album "Secular Eden".

In 2024 ANLMA ventured to change their band name to Vivianite. Their statement:


"Hello everyone! I know we’ve been silent so far this year but we wanted to share an important announcement with you all. Over the years we’ve loved releasing music and playing shows under ANLMA. As time passed we realized that name doesn’t quite suite our music or ambitions. Going forward we are Vivianite. The name for us represents growth and rebirth and as we entered a decade together as a band we just wanted something more fitting. You may notice on streaming platforms our music under ANLMA will be down for bit, but no worries everything will be back under Vivianite. We have been hard at work in the studio and have some new music on the horizon, starting with a single next month.
