This record (recorded in just one day!) contains material with different rythmic foundations like contemporary hard swinging jazz, New Orleans funk, brazillian and Afro Cuban rythms.
Half of the record are from Fredriks versitile pencil, and the other tunes are jazz standards or not-so-often-played tunes like "Gazzeloni" by Eric Dolphy and "Lotus Blossom" by Kenny Dorham.
