CASXULS, pronounced "castles", started in California late 2020 as an experimental musical project ranging from many different styles and genres all the way from dark experimental hip/hop, alternative metal, and dark ambient, to depressive indie rock as well as blackened noise and occasionally nightmarish Black Metal. Mainly taking inspiration from obscure underground metal bands, psychological horror video games, as well as early 2000s visuals and hip-hop with gothic and depressive themes thrown in. CASXULS still being an underground figure with a small cultlike following has put out a handful of self produced and self written albums as well as multiple EP’s and demos as of 2025 under the independent label ‘LONGLOSTCASTLE’. CASXULS not only does music but also releases short experimental films as well as videos from time to time that look like they're straight out of the dark web called 'Finiharios' on his official YouTube channel with promises to release many more in the future as well as plans for "full feature films to come".
