There has been more than one recording artist named Jason Carter.

1. British guitarist Jason Carter has been playing guitar since the age of 9. He is predominantly self-taught but has attended master classes with guitarists John Williams and Paco Peña at the Royal Academy of Music.

His style is an eclectic mix of Flamenco, Jazz and Classical Guitar, but also incorporatres elements of Indian/Arabic Fusion, and Techno/Dance.

2. Bluegrass fiddler Jason Carter was born in Kentucky in 1973. Since the early 1990s he has been a member of The Del McCoury Band. In 1997 he released a solo album called On The Move on Rounder Records.
