He gained a lot of attention from his participation on NO.MERCY (2014/2015), a survival program that lead to the formation of MONSTA X, where he was eventually eliminated in the final episode. #GUN has since released a single called '난 뭐 (Umm...)' and a mixtape called 'RELOAD' and appeared on Show Me The Money 5, where he gained a lot of attention after ending up in the top 6.
