Gavin Villarreal is a one-man multi-instrumental project based in Boston. To create his unique sound, he uses a combination of industrial percussion and atmosphere with Baroque and classical elements. Evolving past his earlier, harsher work, Gavin gives his music a dark feel, taking inspiration from classical literature and authors such as H.P. Lovecraft and Edward Gorey. Using a range of instruments from harpsichords to synthesisers, combining the disciplines of both classical music and modern industrial, Gavin creates sounds as original as they are powerful.
