Chariot the Moon is a progressive metal/Alternative Metal band heavily influenced by video games, friendship and metal. Started by Little Rock, AR natives and best friends, Jance Walker and Avery Snyder, the band emerged with their spontaneous move to Nashville, TN in November of 2013, in hopes of pursuing new opportunities. Upon arrival, as if the stars had aligned, the perfect musician, Norman Ragan, joined the group as the drummer in February 2014 reinforcing the music’s paramount intensity and crushing breakdowns. Eight months later in September 2014, powerhouse vocalist, Amanda Cramer, came onboard as the final piece of Chariot the Moon.
With the completion of the Chariot the Moon family, advancement towards “living the ultimate dream” began with the recording of their first EP in February 2015. Chariot the Moon’s EP was finalized in May 2015. Today, the group is playing and booking shows in the Nashville and Little Rock areas. The band hopes to begin touring within a year.
